Il 28 settembre 2012 si terrà una protesta globale di genitori contro il comitato dell’ONU che di fatto “promuove il femminismo radicale, secondo il parere di numerosi stati ed organizzazioni non governative” che cerca di negare che l’alienazione genitoriale è abuso sull’infanzia da cui i bambini devono essere protetti.

Global families and society simultaneous International Protest on the 28th will be the first step in a growing international awareness regarding the negative impact of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) on parents and children. The ruthless yearly deceitful recommendations of the Committee on the Rights of the Child to the United Nations General Assembly influenced by NGO’s and implemented by governments world-wide has to stop.
Children and their families are a vulnerable group at risk of ambush from ex-spouses, Judicial and Administrative Systems, Court Systems and Child Protective agencies. We can not longer remain silent while children are robbed from their parent’s arm under the disguise of abstract, vague and contradictory terms such as “the best interest of the child” and “The Rights of the Child.”
THERE IS AN URGENT NEED FOR CHANGE. PARENTAL ALIENATION IS CRIMINAL

Measures with regards to the role of parents;
(a) It is imperative to legislate, implement, protect and respect parental rights at the local, regional, and global levels;
(b) It is imperative the criminalization of individuals, organizations, government and legal systems instigating, assisting, aiding, and fomenting parental alienation informally, legally and in administrative settings.
(c) It is imperative that parents organize world-wide to denounce the situation of children in the custody of one parent, foster care, and adoption practices, including conditions in detention centers.
(d) It is imperative to encourage parental organizations and individuals to present complaints to denounce violations of parents and children rights perpetrated by ex-spouses, government agents, legal, administrative systems and national and international organizations.

POR EL AMOR DE LOS NIÑOS PROTESTEN EL 28 DE SEPTIEMBRE 2012

Desde el amanecer hasta el anochecer
La Protesta Internacional simultánea de familias y la sociedades mundiales el día 28 de Septiembre será el primer paso hacia una creciente conciencia internacional sobre el devastador impacto a los niños y la familia de la Convención sobre los Derechos del Niño (CRC). Hay que dale un alto a las engañosas y despiadadas recomendaciones anuales del Comité de los Derechos del Niño a la Asamblea General de Naciones Unidas. Las recomendaciones influenciadas por las ONG e implementadas por los gobiernos mundialmente están alienando las familias. ¡Basta ya de abusos!
Los niños y sus familias son vulnerables al riesgo de emboscadas alienadoras por parte de los ex-cónyuges, sistemas judiciales, tribunales de familia y administradores, y organizaciones de Protección Infantil. Ya no podemos permanecer en silencio mientras los niños están siendo arrancados de los brazos de sus progenitores con falsas pretensiones y términos abstractos, vagos y contradictorios, como son “el mejor interés del niño” y “Los Derechos del Niño”.
Hay una necesidad urgente de cambio. La alienación parental es CRIMINAL
PROTESTA El 28 de Septiembre.
(A) Es imprescindible legislar, ejecutar, proteger y respetar los derechos de los progenitores a nivel local, regional y global;
(B) Es imprescindible la criminalización de las personas, organizaciones, gobiernos y sistemas legales que instigan, ayudan y fomentan la alienación parental ya sea informal, legal y o de manera administrativa.
(C) Es imprescindibles que los padres se organicen mundialmente para denunciar los abusos y violaciones a menores bajo custodia de un solo progenitor, casas de acogida, agencias de adopciones, incluyendo las condiciones en los centros de detención.
(D) Es imperativo que organizaciones de progenitores así como individuos presenten reclamos para denunciar violaciones de los derechos de los menores y sus progenitores perpetrados por ex-cónyuges, agentes del gobierno, tribunales de justicia, administradores y organizaciones nacionales e internacionales.
